Cushman Realty Corporation Completes $19 Million Sales Transaction for the L&B Group.COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 1998-- Cushman Realty Corporation, a national real estate brokerage firm, today announced the $19 million sale of 88 East Broad Street, a 250,000 SF office building in Columbus, Ohio. The seller was the School Employees Retirement Board of Ohio, which is advised by The L&B Group.
