Cushman joined Cushman & Wakefield Inc. in New York, NY in 1963 and then opened an office in Los Angeles in 1967. , president and chief executive officer of the internationally recognized real estate brokerage firm. As a landlord agent, Olofson has exclusively represented more than 2 million square feet of high-rise office developments, including 1900/1901 Avenue of the Stars in Century City, Calif.; 100 Wilshire Blvd., in Santa Monica, Calif.; Murdock Plaza in Westwood, Calif.; and 6300 Wilshire Blvd. in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles.
