, while its spin-off Arbitron has signed an 11-year, 33,000 SF lease at the same building. Joseph A. Fabrizi, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, and William Leahy William Leahy is the name of a number of notable persons including:

* Cushman & Wakefield announced that Reed Smith LLP Reed Smith LLP (named Reed Smith Richards Butler LLP in the UK) is a prestigious international law firm with more than 1500 attorneys located in 21 cities worldwide.  has signed a 15-year, 50,000 SF lease at 599 Lexington Ave. in New York City. Joseph A. Fabrizi, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, and John Isaacs John Isaacs (b. 1917) is an early African-American professional basketball player, who led his Boys' Textile High School in Chelsea (now the Humanities Preparatory Academy) basketball team to the New York City High School Basketball championship title in 1935, receiving All-City  represented the tenant in the transaction. Timothy Gibson, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord, Boston Properties Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP) is a self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Boston, Massachusetts. Its primary focus is "Class A" office space which it acquires, develops, and manages in the major markets of Boston, New York City, Washington, D.C. .

* Cushman & Wakefield announced that Transamerica Leasing has signed a 5,958 SF renewal lease at 20 Commerce Drive in Cranford, N.J. Jeffrey Heller, of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction.
