Cushman & Wakefield announced that Nicole Paris-Suozzi has joined the firm as director in the Retail Services Group, responsible for spearheading Long Island retail brokerage. Suozzi most recently served as director, Retail Group for Oxford & Simpson in Jericho, NY, where she initiated and developed the firm's retail brokerage business.

Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Suozzi served as vice president, Institutional Equity Sales and Trading for Oppenheimer & Co., in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
. In that capacity she covered major institutional accounts and hedge funds and researched, sold and executed trading ideas. Previously, she held positions with Merrill Lynch Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. (NYSE: MER TYO: 8675 ), through its subsidiaries and affiliates, provides capital markets services, investment banking and advisory services, wealth management, asset management, insurance, banking and related products and services on a global basis.  Capital Markets and Credit Suisse First Boston Credit Suisse First Boston was originally the trading name of the Financière Crédit Suisse-First Boston, a London-based 50-50 investment banking joint venture formed in 1978 between the First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse.  in New York. She holds a B.A. in History from Bates College Bates College, at Lewiston, Maine; coeducational; founded 1855 as Maine State Seminary, chartered as a college 1864.
