Cushman & Wakefield.Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of two professionals in the firm's Global Consulting Group. Ed Donnery has been promoted to senior managing director and Charles Wu has been promoted to director. Since joining in 2001, Donnery has planned and executed institutional real estate portfolio management for leading companies and organizations, including Moody's Investors Service, among many others. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Donnery spent 12 years with Bankers Trust Company and Deutsche Bank as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate. Donnery received his bachelor's degree in economics from Pace University and his master's in real estate investment and analysis from New York University. As a member of Cushman & Wakefield's Global Consulting Group, Wu performs financial analysis and due diligence for large-scale real estate transactions. His clients include KBC Bank, Moody's Investors Service, Northern Trust and WPP. Before joining, Wu was an investment associate at Taiwan-based venture capital firm Chengxin Capital, where he was responsible for structuring corporate finance transactions for private equity offerings. Prior to that, Wu was a founding member of eoSports Incorporated, a software application startup for which he secured $6 million in capital. Wu received his bachelor's in economics from Duke University and his master's in finance from Columbia University. |
