He will oversee and further develop the core disciplines of the group. Most recently, he managed the Strategic Alliance Partnership for HSBC HSBC Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation HSBC Humane Society of Broward County (Florida) HSBC Humane Society of Bay County (Bay County, Michigan) Bank's portfolio, and oversaw the American Financial Realty Trust portfolio. Prior to that, he oversaw Bank of America's global portfolio. Ficke co-founded COMPASS Management and Leasing, which merged with Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S. in 1998 and he became international director of corporate solutions for JLL.
