Cushman & Wakefield taps CoStar resources.


CoStar Group CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading provider of information services to commercial real estate professionals in the United States and the United Kingdom. CoStar's suite of services offers customers access via the Internet to the most comprehensive database of  announced that it has signed a national, multi-year agreement with Cushman Cushman is a manufacturer of industrial vehicles, personal vehicles, and other custom vehicles, including parking patrol auto rickshaws. Under the terms of the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will license CoStar Property, CoStar Tenant and CoStar COMPS Comps

Another term for "same store sales," which helps investors determine how well a company's brand is doing and how the stores are increasing revenue.

Notes:
For example, you might hear that Wal-Mart's comps increased 9% last quarter.
, which combined, track approximately 900,000 tenants in 54 markets, and house more than 660,000 digital images.

The agreement provides for the use of CoStar Group products by all Cushman & Wakefield employees within each of Cushman & Wakefield's domestic offices.
