Brandywine Realty Trust Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) is a real estate development trust (REIT) in the United States that buys, sells, leases and manages approximately 225 commercial properties, no more than 25 industrial parcels of land, mixed-use property, and over 200 acres of undeveloped , a real estate investment trust, has successfully leased Princeton Princeton, borough (1990 pop. 12,016) and surrounding township (1990 pop. 13,198), Mercer co., W central N.J.; settled late 1600s, borough inc. 1813, township est. 1838. Nelson Communications will occupy 20,000 square feet; Commercial Property Network was the broker.

Ken Clark International, an executive recruiting company for the pharmaceutical industry, leased 17,000 square feet; Commercial Property Network was the broker.

Ono Pharmaceutical, a Japanese pharmaceutical company, has leased 11,000 square feet; Cushman & Wakefield was the broker.

State Farm Insurance leased 4,000 square feet; The Garibaldi Group was the broker.
