Cushman & Wakefield named exclusive agent in New Jersey.

Vestcom Mid-Atlantic has leased a 210,530 square-foot, mixed-use building for its regional headquarters operation at 5 Henderson Drive in West Caldwell, New Jersey, announced Fred Brunswick, senior vice president of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. Brunswick assisted in the negotiation of the long-term lease on behalf of Vestcom Mid-Atlantic. Reckson Associates owns the building.

Vestcom Mid-Atlantic is an operating company of Vestcom International, a leading provider of solutions for the creation, management, and distribution of business-critical documents.

Vestcom Mid-Atlantic is taking occupancy at 5 Henderson Drive during the third quarter, relocating from multiple locations, including Lyndhurst, New Jersey. The new facility will combine offices, production facilities and mail service fulfillment operations for the company.

According to Brunswick, the Vestcom Mid-Atlantic lease reflects the consistent demand that has defined the Essex County office and industrial real estate markets during the past year. At the end of the first quarter, the office vacancy rate rested at a low 13.6 percent, while the industrial market boasted an estimated 7.9 percent vacancy rate.
