Responding to the global real estate needs of its clients, Cushman & Wakefield announced the establishment of Cushman & Wakefield Worldwide.

Cushman & Wakefield Worldwide is the association of seven of the world's premier real estate services providers: Cushman & Wakefield, the leading real estate services firm in the U.S., with 39 offices nationwide; Healey & Baker, a premier European firm, with 34 representative offices in that continent; Cushman & Wakefield/GCI, a dominant firm in the burgeoning market of Mexico; Royal LePage Royal LePage is a Canadian real estate franchiser and owner-operator with more than 600 locations and over 12,000 Realtors in Canada.[1] Founded in 1913 by Albert E. LePage, Royal LePage is now owned by the Royal LePage Franchise Services Fund (TSX: RSF.un).  in Canada, the country's leading real estate services firm, with 10 offices: Mackenzie Hill, a leading multi-service real estate firm in South America South America, fourth largest continent (1991 est. pop. 299,150,000), c.6,880,000 sq mi (17,819,000 sq km), the southern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere. ; Cushman & Wakefield/SEMCO, S.A., a prominent property management firm, also in South America, and recently established Marlin Land, which provides real estate services throughout Asia.
