Cushman & Wakefield: Kenneth J. McCarthy.


Cushman & Wakefield announced that Kenneth J. McCarthy, a leading economist, has joined the firm as managing director of New York Metropolitan Area New York–Northern New Jersey–Long Island is the most populous metropolitan area in the United States and the third most populous in the world, after Tokyo and Mexico City.  Research. He will be based in the firm's Midtown Manhattan office.

McCarthy brings more than 28 years of experience in research and economic analysis to his new position. He was previously chief economist The Chief Economist is a single position job class having primary responsibility for the development, coordination, and production of economic and financial analysis. It is distinguished from the other economist positions by the broader scope of responsibility encompassing the  of The Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship, a non-profit corporation dedicated to understanding and furthering the impact of innovative entrepreneurs on the U.S. economy. He was previously chief economist for vFinance Inc., the sponsor of The Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship.
