Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., announced Tania Hodge will serve as senior research associate for the firm's New Jersey operations. In her new position, Hodge is responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting on the office and industrial markets; managing research staff and interfacing with the brokerage team; and providing customized consulting solutions to brokers and clients.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she served as information resource manager for Robert K. Futterman & Associates. She managed the recruitment process for undergraduate and graduate students interested in brokerage and real estate market analysis, and the National Listings department, and co-managed market research initiatives.

She also has held commercial real estate leasing associate and marketing/sales coordinator positions for notable organizations such as UrbanAmerica LP, an investment real estate firm, and CoStar Group.

Hodge earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and will be pursuing a certificate in real estate finance through Baruch College's Steven L. Newman Program.

She has completed coursework in real estate finance, sales and investment properties at New York University's School of Continuing Education and the New York Real Estate Institute. She is a member of the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York (YREPNY).
