The project is being explored by Cyprus Canada Inc. under agreements with International Taurus Resources Inc., (ITU (International Telecommunication Union, Geneva, Switzerland, www.itu.ch) A telecommunications standards body that is under the auspices of the United Nations. Comprising more than 185 member countries, the ITU sets standards for global telecom networks. .V) and Cusac Gold Mines Ltd. [CQC.V, CQC.T and CUSIF (NASDAQ)]. The drill results currently being reported, are mainly from the 88 Hill Zone, which with its numerous higher grade intercepts is a promising area for a possible starter pit. Drill holes 72 through 78, all in the 88 Hill Zone, provided fill-in data between previous drill holes spaced 200 metres (656 ft.) apart and were not intended to extend the size of the mineralized min·er·al·ize v. min·er·al·ized, min·er·al·iz·ing, min·er·al·iz·es v.tr. 1. Au/ton) over substantial widths. The best results were from hole 75 which assayed 1.59 g. Au/t (0.047 oz. Au/ton) over 80 m. (262 ft.). The remaining drill holes (70 and 71) were twins of holes 29 and 48, respectively, and were drilled to test for geometry and continuity of mineralization. Correlation between the holes was good and the assay results are considered typical of the type of grade expected within the system. The results from the 88 Hill Zone suggest that mineralization appears to be continuous with many high grade intercepts. Cyprus Canada plans to continue close spaced drilling in this area, contingent upon positive results from the detailed metallurgical testing currently underway. Preliminary metallurgical testing conducted earlier this year indicated that one of the two styles of mineralization may be leachable with a possible recovery rate of better than 70 percent. The other style of mineralization appeared to be more amenable to milling. Calculations by an independent consultant hired by Taurus and Cusac indicate that, to date, the 88 Hill Zone (800 m. x 500 m.[2624 ft. x 1640 ft.]) alone contains approximately 1.4 million ounces of gold in 50 million tons with an average grade of 1.05 g. Au/t (0.031 oz. Au/ton). This calculation uses a cut-off cut-off Anesthesiology The point at which elongation of the carbon chain of the 1-alkanol family of anesthetics results in a precipitous drop in the anesthetic potential of these agents–eg, at > 12 carbons in length, there is little anesthetic activity, grade of 0.5 g. Au/t (0.015 oz. Au/ton). The 88 Hill Zone is open to the South, North and East, continued drilling early next year could increase this estimate significantly. The Taurus West Zone has a higher average grade of 1.4 g. Au/t (0.041 oz. Au/ton) and contains approximately 0.9 million ounces in 22 million tons (again using a 0.5 g. Au/t cut-off). International Taurus considers these grades and tons more than adequate for a possible large tonnage open pit mine.
