Curtiss-Wright Streamlines Application Change Management Processes with Quest Software; Quest Announces New Release of Stat ACM - Provides Greater Scalability and Usability to Administrators Managing Application Changes and Applying Patches.

(EMD) has enhanced its application change and patch management process with the assistance of Quest Stat(R) Application Change Management (ACM) solution. As a diversified global provider of highly engineered products and services to the motion control, flow control and metal treatment industries, Curtiss-Wright selected Stat ACM to gain better control over its process for making changes and applying patches to critical Oracle E-Business Suite applications. The company also chose Stat ACM for its ability to report on those changes for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements.

As a Quest Toad(R) for Oracle user for several years, Curtiss-Wright EMD knew Quest Software as a provider of high-quality software solutions with a reliable support staff. As it evaluated Stat ACM for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, Curtiss-Wright EMD found that, unlike other products on the market, it integrated with their current system and provided advanced reporting capabilities. --Single-Click Project Synchronization - Available in Stat ACM for PeopleSoft, this feature allows a developer to synchronize the objects on a Change/Service Request, streamlining the PeopleSoft development process and resulting in significant time savings.

--Setup Object Comparison - Available in Stat ACM for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, this feature allows a user to view the differences between two versions of a setup object, allowing administrators and auditors to see which objects were changed and how they were changed without having to rely on notes in the change request.

--Developer Object Comparison - Available in Stat ACM for Oracle E-Business Suite applications, this feature displays the differences between two versions of various forms, resulting in better visibility into code changes and their impact, which improves code reviews and auditing.
