Curtco Freedom Group's CRM Division Launches Field Force Automation Magazine; CFG Renames Sales & Field Force Automation Magazine.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 26, 1999--

The CurtCo Freedom Group's Customer Relationship Management (CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization. ) Division announced today the November launch of Field Force Automation, previously included in Sales & Field Force Automation magazine (S&FFA FFA free fatty acids. ), as a separate publication. Also announced was the renaming of S&FFA to "Sales & Marketing Automation" magazine (S&MA).

These changes come on the heels of a host of initiatives undertaken by CFG's newly formed CRM Division. Field Force Automation (FFA) is targeted to today's executives and managers charged with assimilating mobile technology into the business processes of the enterprise. Along with the November breakout, Sales and Field Force Automation will be changing its name to Sales & Marketing Automation.
