TRA is an education solution organization and professional development provider based in Mississippi. In a move that will considerably expand its reach and effectiveness in the Southern United States The Southern United States—commonly referred to as the American South, Dixie, or simply the South—constitutes a large distinctive region in the southeastern and south-central United States. , Curriculum Advantage acquired TRA's assets, customers and employees for an undisclosed amount. The agreement was finalized on May 1, 2007. Additionally, Jo Ann Walton, who founded TRA in 1998, was named Curriculum Advantage's vice president of sales for the South region.
