Fusion Networks (Nasdaq:FUSN) announced today that Gary Gary, city (1990 pop. 116,646), Lake co., NW Ind., a port of entry on Lake Michigan; inc. 1909. Gary was founded by the U.S. Steel Corporation, which purchased the land in 1905 and landscaped it for a city.  M. Goldfarb Goldfarb is German for golden color and is the surname of:
  • Alex Goldfarb (b. 1947), Israeli politician
  • Alexander Goldfarb, chairman of Boris Berezovsky's "International Foundation for Civil Liberties"
, the company's President & Chief Executive Officer, has resigned. Hernando Bahamon, Fusion's founder and current Chairman of the Board, has been named Interim CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  by the company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Bahamon will direct Fusion Networks' continuing software development programs as well as the company's efforts to secure additional investment capital.
