Technology for the Internet

Young III (November 27, 1923 – October 17, 2007) was a Democratic politician from the state of Missouri who served five terms in the US House of Representatives.  will present at Forrester Research's Executive Strategy Forum in Boston on November 9, 2001. A leading industry event, this year's forum will explore the next chapter in Internet technology: the "X-Internet," a term coined by Forrester's founder George Colony to represent the executable Internet. Executive presentations will address the changes in the structure and language of the Internet and provide attendees with the guidance they need to survive and thrive in the X-Internet age.

Young will be presenting "The Web as a Universal System Architecture." His presentation will address how Curl(TM) technology incorporates and extends the capabilities of existing Web technologies into a single integrated content language and uses the power of client-side processing to bring client/server functionality to Internet applications.
