Commenting on the changes, Daniel Passeri, Curis' President and Chief Executive Officer, said, "Curis has made remarkable progress in 2003 by focusing on fiscal discipline and corporate collaborations. Today's appointments are aimed at bringing Curis to the next level in its development as a diversified product-focused company."

First, Michael P. Gray, who most recently held the position of Senior Director of Finance and Controller, will assume the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.
