Curis Announces Changes to its Board of Directors.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 2003

Curis, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRIS) today announced the appointment of Kenneth I. Kaitin, Ph.D., to its Board of Directors. Dr. Kaitin is the Director of the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, an academic drug policy research group providing strategic information to help drug developers, regulators, and policy makers improve the quality and efficiency of the drug development process. He also holds a faculty appointment as Associate Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Kaitin replaces Ruth B. Ms. Kunath is the biotechnology portfolio manager for Vulcan Inc., the Seattle-based investment and project-management company founded by Paul G. Allen.
