Curam, Children's Research Center partner on child welfare solution.

Sacramento, Calif.--Curam Software, a provider of Social Enterprise Management software solutions, and the Children's Research Center have entered a partnership to integrate CRC's assessment and decision support tools, the Structured Decision Making model, with the Curam Business Application Suite.

The two companies expect to deliver better citizen outcomes and improved caseworker decision-making by combining CRC's proven, research-based methodologies with Curam Software's industry-leading commercial off-the-shelf solutions.

Initially, the focus will be to integrate SDM [R] with the Curam for Child Welfare offering to provide the most innovative and effective child welfare solution available worldwide. The announcement was made at the Stewards of Change Thought Leadership Symposium on best practices and technology in child welfare, which brought together leaders in child welfare from around the globe.

CRC helps child welfare agencies reduce child abuse and neglect through evidence-based practices that are focused on improving assessment and decision-making.
