Population: 50,000. , Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 1995--The Board of Directors of Cupertino National Bancorp ("CUNB") has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $.10 per share payable on May 30, 1995 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 1995. After reviewing the financial condition of CUNB, and Cupertino National Bank, its banking subsidiary ("Bank"), the Board has determined that the continuation of a cash dividend payment is appropriate to enable the company's shareholders to participate in the earnings and growth of CUNB. Depending on the financial condition of CUNB and the Bank, the Board intends to declare additional cash dividends in the future, which are expected to be in the range of 10% to 20% of CUNB's earnings and may be paid on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. Cupertino National Bancorp recently reported earnings of $1.4 million or $.84 per share, compared to earnings of $.9 million or $.55 per share one year earlier in 1994.
