Cupertino Electric Names New Chief Operating Officer, Announces Retirement of Founder and Board Chairman.

Eugene A. (Gene) Ravizza, CEI founder and Board Chairman, will be leaving the Board of Directors.

CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Jim Ryley will serve as new Chair of CEI's Board of Directors. Gene Ryley, former Chief Operating Officer, was named Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Board.

John Boncher, a 16-year company veteran and senior manager, was tapped as the company's new Chief Operating Officer and President. Mr. Boncher, who joined Cupertino Electric in 1989 as a management trainee, previously served as the Branch Manager of CEI's San Jose office. Before becoming the San Jose Branch Manager, Mr. Boncher was Branch Manager of the CEI's San Francisco San Francisco (săn frănsĭs`kō), city (1990 pop. 723,959), coextensive with San Francisco co., W Calif., on the tip of a peninsula between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay, which are connected by the strait known as the Golden  office. Retirement of Company Founder
