) today announced a public offering of 10 million shares of Class A Common Stock at a price to the public of $19.75 per share. Of the 10 million shares, 9,169,448 shares are being offered by the Company and 830,552 shares are being offered by certain shareholders of the Company.

The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.5 million additional shares of common stock from the Company and one of the selling shareholders solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
