Cumulus Media Inc. (NASDAQ: CMLS), will host a conference call on Tuesday, May 6, 2003 at 5:00 PM ET to review the Company's first quarter financial results, which will be released shortly after market close and prior to the call, together with an update of financial and operational developments.
