A print version of the report will be available in January.

The 88-page report, the Company's most comprehensive to date, details Cummins' environmental and corporate responsibility efforts while also providing a corporate overview and highlights from the past year.

"Cummins is completing its third consecutive year of record financial performance and today is stronger than ever," said Cummins Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tim Solso. "As importantly, we have been able to achieve these results while remaining true to our core values of ethical business behavior and corporate social responsibility. We pride ourselves on operating under a set of values that emphasizes integrity, innovation, delivering superior results, corporate responsibility, diversity and global involvement."

Among the Company accomplishments highlighted in this year's Sustainability Report:

* Development of the Company's first greenhouse gas greenhouse gas

* Launch of a global effort to establish a common brand across all of Cummins that stands for 'dependability' in every respect.

* Helping to strengthen the educational and employment foundation in central and southern Indiana Southern Indiana, in the United States, is notable because it is culturally distinct from the rest of the state. The area's geography has led to a blend of Northern and Southern culture that is not found in the rest of Indiana.  by linking the site selection for a new light-duty diesel engine plant to a public-private agreement that will provide enhanced educational opportunities for an underserved community

The report also details the Company's efforts to reduce the environmental impact of its facilities around the world and provides information on Cummins' corporate giving and employee volunteer work.

This year's report presents more environmental trend analysis than previous reports, such as three years of data on materials use, direct and indirect energy use, other direct air emissions and a summary of total greenhouse gas emissions.

"The concept of sustainability is important to Cummins and the employees who work hard every day to deliver on our vision and mission," Solso said. "We welcome this opportunity to provide insight into many aspects of Cummins and its operations in our Sustainability Report."
