Cumetrix Data Systems Participates in Second Round of Financing for Online Transaction Technologies.

Cumetrix Data Systems Corp. (OTCBB:CDSC), an e-commerce retailer and national provider of system configuration and distribution services, Thursday announced that it has participated in a second round of Private Placement financing of Online Transaction Technologies, Inc. (OTT), an Internet Exchange Service Provider and a company in which it already holds a 28% stake.

Cumetrix Data System's participation was part of a larger investment which was made by an investor group represented by John Botdorf, Managing Director of The Botdorf Companies, Inc., a Colorado- based investment and consulting firm focused on e-commerce and Internet Technology-related investments.
