 BB:CDSC See Contingent deferred sales charge. ), an e-commerce retailer and national provider of distribution and systems configuration services, today announced completion of the sale of its stake in Online Transaction Technologies Inc., which was acquired by Vsource Inc. (Nasdaq:VSRC VSRC Vehicle Safety Research Centre (UK) ), an Internet-based e-procurement solution company.

As part of the transaction, Cumetrix received approximately 322,000 shares of Vsource Inc., as well as warrants to purchase additional shares of Vsource Inc.

Separately, the company announced that following the completion of the OTT OTT - Over the top.

 transaction, John Botdorf has elected to step down as chairman of the board of directors of Cumetrix Data Systems in order to pursue other interests.
