Cumetrix Announces Signing of Distribution Agreement with EarthLink; Agreement Makes EarthLink the Exclusive ISP on Cumetrix Desktops.

-Cumetrix Data Systems Corp. (Nasdaq:CDSC) Wednesday announced the signing of a distribution agreement with EarthLink (Nasdaq:ELNK), a leading Internet service provider, to offer Internet access to Cumetrix PC customers by bundling EarthLink's Internet access software on its desktop systems.

Commenting on the agreement, Max Toghraie, chief executive officer of Cumetrix, said: "As we increasingly shift our resources towards development and growth of our Internet subsidiary, we shall continue to pursue related opportunities to offer value-added services to our online customers.
