ANTONY COSTA Antony Daniel Costa (born 23 June 1981 in Edgware, Middlesex, England) is a British singer. Career
Costa is a former member of the British boyband Blue. He attended Hendon School in North-West London.
, the former member of the boy band Blue, will be making his first solo tour this year, including a date at Runcorn's The Brindley arts centre An art center or arts centre is distinct from an art gallery or art museum. Costa's date on February 16 is included in the Brindley's busy new season just announced. It is two years since Costa released his first solo single, Do You Ever Think of Me? It followed his appearance on the show, I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here.

He lasted 14 days in the jungle before being evicted, and later competed in Making Your Mind Up, a show which tried to find a competitor for the 2006 Eurovision Sing Contest. He sang It's A Beautiful Thing, but was not selected.

Antony has since gone on for a long run in the West End production of Willy Russell's Liverpool musical Blood Brothers. He played the unfortunate twin Mickey, whose life goes in a downward spiral after being made redundant.

Also at the Brindley, and making a return visit on March 27, will be rock singer Midge midge, name for any of numerous minute, fragile flies in several families. The family Chironomidae consists of about 2,000 species, most of which are widely distributed. The herbivorous larvae are found in all freshwaters; the larvae of some species live in saltwater.  Ure.

He played in a number of bands, Ultravox and The Rich Kids among them, before going for a solo career, but remains best known as co-writer with Bob Geldof of the Band Aid hit Do They Know It's Christmas? and helping to organise Band Aid concerts.

The Brindley season is a typically eclectic one with dance, drama, comedy and musicals included in the programme.

 Old Men, will be doing a one-man show on May 15, after which he will sign copies of his new novel.

Even more unusual is an appearance by the Japanese dance company Torifune Butoh-sha, on February 29, making their first visit to Britain since 1998.

They will be performing Hinomoto, which will offer a rare chance to see company founder Kayo Mikami's unusual mixture of Japanese theatre and Western dance.

He founded the group in 1991 and its members have included schoolteachers, surfers and motorcycle gang members.

Half Moon Children's Theatre will present Icicle Bicycle on February 9, a play for two to six-year-olds about children following a grandmother through the snow and discovering an old circus tent.

The new season opens on January 29 with a stage version of the Liverpool sitcom The Liver Birds, which will run until February 2.
