PRESENTATIONS by a writer, a graphic artist, a filmmaker and a musician will feature at culture group Elham's 13th monthly gathering.

The meeting marks the launch of the group's third season of events and will take place from 8pm to 10pm on Tuesday, at the Albareh Art Gallery, Adliya.

Amateur Indian filmmaker and former Indian School student Vijesh Rajan will present a short movie entitled en·ti·tle

Mr Rajan has completed his Masters in Film and Television Production at the University of Queensland The University of Queensland (UQ) is the longest-established university in the state of Queensland, Australia, a member of Australia's Group of Eight, and the Sandstone Universities. It is also a founding member of the international Universitas 21 organisation.  in Brisbane, Australia and his other short films include Fallen and The Waiting.

Meanwhile, multi-talented Bahraini Fawaz Al Olaiwat, will spin music to accompany the screening of his digital artwork.

The graphic designer, artist, photographer and writer considers himself a creative mind with a passion for art expression and his work represents more than 14 years of experience in electronic arts, branding, web and advertising design.

Bahraini writer Yacoub Al Slaise will read an excerpt ex·cerpt

Mr Al Slaise's other stories are The Adventures of Inspector Yak - In Search of the Missing Shampoodle and The Insect Exterminator, which was later turned into a school production.

The event will also feature a performance of the bass guitar by Bahraini progressive solo indie rock Indie rock is a genre of alternative rock that primarily exists in the independent underground music scene. The term is sometimes used interchangeably with underground music as a whole, though more specifically implicates that the music meets the criterion of being rock, as  act Bye Bye Guitar.
