 and Abaseen Arts Council will jointly observe Black day on Oct.27 ,2009 to condemn Indian occupation and atrocities in the held valley of Kashmir and pay glowing tributes to the heroic struggle being rendered by Kashmiri Mujahideen mujahideen
 Arabic mujahidun (“those engaged in jihad”)

In its broadest sense, those Muslims who proclaim themselves warriors for the faith. Its Arabic singular, mujahid, was not an uncommon personal name from the early Islamic period onward.
 for the independence of the Kashmir. On this occasion a special ceremony will be held at the Media centre of the Directorate of Information, Govt. of NWFP in Peshawar at 11.00am the same day. The Secretary for Information, Azmat Hanif Orakzai will be the chief guest while senior journalist, Sharif Farooq will chair the ceremony. Dr. Dost Mohammad Khan Dost Mohammad Khan (دوست محمد خان) (December 23, 1793 - June 9, 1863), son of Payinda Khan Muhammadzai and grandson of Jamal Khan, founded the Barakzai ruling dynasty in Afghanistan. , Dr, Adnan Sarwar Khan and others will address the ceremony.
