Culinary Software Services Hires Human Resources Manager; Barry W. Phillips Joins the Culinary Software Services Team.

Prior to joining Culinary Software Services, Phillips was the Director of Human Resources at a public agency in Monterey County. He also worked at EmployeeService.com as the Employee Service Manager, where he acted as consultant to pre-IPO and emerging growth companies.

Moving to Boulder in June 2000, Phillips joined Culinary Software Services in August as their Human Resources Manager.
