) retail trade show at McCormick Place in Chicago, May 7 - 9. Cuisine Solutions started selling its premium center of the plate entrees to retailers under its own Cuisine Solutions brand three years ago. "The almost cult-like following we are getting for our premium, fully cooked, frozen products is amazing and wonderful," states Cuisine Solutions Chef, Marc Brennet, who is pictured on the back of the packaging of many of the items. "We receive a tremendous volume of calls and emails each day asking where to purchase our products. Our customers are demanding greater retail distribution of our product, and we are working hard to deliver."

Cuisine Solutions plans to show a new line of smaller packaged entrees, such as New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia.
