With over 25 years of experience in corporate and institutional real estate, Mr. Cuddy has extensive experience as both a tenant and owner representative and is considered especially knowledgeable about the City of White Plains market. Mr. Cuddy brokered over 20 transactions totaling more than 325,000 rentable square feet in 2006 alone.

Cuddy began his commercial real estate career with the Rostenberg-Doern Company, a full-service Westchester/Fairfield-focused real estate company, which merged with Insignia/ESG in 1997. He became part of CB Richard Ellis' operation when the company acquired Insignia/ESG in July of 2003.

In addition to his professional real estate career, he is on the Board at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital Hospital devoted to the rehabilitation of patients with various neurologic, musculoskeletal, orthopedic and other medical conditions following stabilization of their acute medical issues.  and is a director at Community Mutual Savings Bank Mutual savings bank
