Cubic's advanced training system will include communications equipment to be used between combat personnel and vehicles. The after action review technology will incorporate both direct fire and area weapons effects, allowing the SICC-Cubic team to move into emerging Korean armed forces combat training areas, including combined arms Combined arms is an approach to warfare which seeks to integrate different arms of a military to achieve mutually complementary effects.

Under the agreement, SICC will be the prime contractor and provide systems integration to support the training system.

Today, military customers on five continents use Cubic systems for training as well as combat and peacekeeping missions. The DPA is expected to make an announcement of its award by early 2001.
