Cubic's ASW experienced team will assist the COMPACFLT COMPACFLT Commander, Pacific Fleet staff as they establish the new command's standards for training, assessment and ASW doctrine. With complete staffing, the command is expected to employ 130 military, government services and contractor personnel. The majority of the staff will work at the San Diego Command, with some personnel assigned to detachments in Norfolk, Va.; and Yokosuka, Japan. San Diego-based employees of Cubic's Information Operations Division have a significant depth of experience in submarine and anti-submarine warfare. The division currently delivers analysis, training and operational support to the U.S. Pacific Command, including operating two Honolulu, Hawaii-based information-sharing networks focused on Asia-Pacific military, political and economic issues. Other Cubic divisions provide live training, computer-based simulation training, operational and doctrine support to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Joint Forces worldwide.
