Cubic Teams With ManTech to Win C4ISR Training Contract.

SAN DIEGO -- Cubic Corporation (AMEX:CUB) said today its defense segment is part of a team, led by Fairfax, Virginia-based ManTech International Corporation, that has won a training support contract from the U.S. Navy's Space and Warfare Command (SPAWAR). The Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract has a potential value of $76 million.

Cubic's Information Operations Division, headquartered in San Diego, and ManTech will develop curriculum and provide training for command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) and other Department of Defense systems for SPAWAR's Institute for Naval C4ISR Systems Training.
