Crystallize, Inc.(TM), a leading provider of business change software announced that on March 22, 2000 it signed a letter of intent to acquire Utah-based LLama-Soft(TM) Corporation, provider of the world's most advanced supply chain modeling and optimization software. The combination of Crystallize's Enterprise Change Solutions and Llama-Soft's products will further enhance the ability of Crystallize customers to both model business change, and rapidly deploy these changes in their ERP environment.
