Crystal Window & Door Systems to donate percent of sales to World Trade Center fund.


Thomas Chen, president and founder of Crystal Window & Door Systems, announced the company would donate 1% of monthly sales through the end of the year to relief organizations associated with the World Trade Center tragedy. The donation amount is estimated to total $150,000.

While the organization which will benefit from this contribution has not been named yet, the beneficiaries will include the Red Cross and the families of New York City New York City: see New York, city.

 in the hope of a better life for his family. Therefore, he feels strongly that "New York must be rebuilt so that it can continue to be the beacon of hope, opportunity, and success that it is to the rest of the world."
