Crystal International Signs Letter of Intent with ResortCom International.

) and its Irish subsidiary, IntelliFares[TM] Ltd., announced today that ResortCom International has agreed to be a Development Partner.

Through the execution of a Letter of Intent outlining an exclusive development contract signed August 8, 2007, ResortCom, of San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. Additionally the stipulated contract will include exclusivity clauses, co-marketing, joint-ventures in new product development and other business activities.
