Crys-Tel Announces Network Deployment in Uruguay.

Crys-Tel Telecommunications.com Inc. (Pink Sheets, National Quotation Bureau: CYSS) an integrated telecommunications provider of voice, data and Internet services, today announced the expansion of the company's international presence with the deployment of a network facility ("Point of Presence" or "POP") in Uruguay.

This latest development is part of Crys-Tel's global expansion plan that will be accelerated later this year. This also enables Crys-Tel to both generate and terminate voice and data traffic into the South American region of Uruguay.

Crys-Tel is currently working with Pedro Forne & CIA for establishment of the network facility in Montevideo. Initially, the location will consist of 3 gateways, with scaling to 10 gateways within the first six months of operation. The deployment in Uruguay is scheduled to commence during the third week in August. Dr. Lorenzo Musa, CEO of Crys-Tel is currently in Montevideo overseeing the preliminary stages of the deployment. Crys-Tel is presently preparing the equipment to be shipped from its headquarters overseas.

In addition Crys-Tel Uruguay is in process developing a series of Prepaid Phone Cards. The Prepaid Phone Cards will be available in various rates and denominations and custom designed to meet a variety of needs.
