CryptoMetrics, Inc. a leading biometric security solution provider announced the acquisition of BioDentity Systems Corporation, an Ottawa (Canada) based face biometric solution provider. BioDentity is headed by Joel Shaw, an internationally recognized expert in Machine Readable Data in a form that can be read by the computer, which includes disks, tapes and punch cards. Printed fonts that can be scanned and recognized by the computer are also machine readable.  Travel Documents and Border Management Systems. For over 20 years Mr. Shaw has conceived, designed and overseen the development of border clearance and machine readable travel document issuance and inspection systems.
