Cryopak Announces Senior Management Appointments.

John Morgan President & C.E.O. is pleased to announce the addition of Vincent Migliore and Gary Gross to new senior sales and marketing positions at Cryopak (TSX VENTURE:CII) (OTCBB:CYPKF). Mr. Morgan commented, "These key additions were made in order to advance and achieve our aggressive growth plans. Both are leaders in their respective fields."

Vinnie Migliore, has been appointed Vice President, Sales & Package Development. Mr. Migliore, who has been a member of Cryopak's Advisory Board, has 27 years' experience in packaging engineering, logistics, cold-chain management and sales. He spent 20 years with FedEx Corporation, where he held positions as District Senior Engineer and Senior Manager of Operations. He was responsible for operations in three regions for the company. While at FedEx, he engineered a proven method for improving the shipping of temperature sensitive cargo. Mr. Migliore has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Operations Research from Upsala College and a Master of Science degree in Packaging Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. He will be responsible for developing the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and industrial business.

Asked about his move from the Advisory Panel, Mr. Migliore commented, "When I first became associated with Cryopak, I realized that there is outstanding untapped growth potential based on our products' proven track record and this assignment will allow me to demonstrate this. It will be an exciting challenge to grow our customer base and establish Cryopak as a leading cold-chain solutions provider."

Mr. Gross, Cryopak's new Director of Marketing, is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours B. A. in Business Administration. He has more than 25 years experience in sales, marketing and brand development. He started his career in packaged goods marketing with Carnation Inc., an international food company. Mr. Gross then spent 14 years with Labatt Breweries of Canada, in senior sales and marketing positions regionally and nationally, establishing an impressive track record of increasing market share and profit growth. Most recently, he was Vice President, Marketing for The Wynford Group, a privately owned marketing company, where he contributed to significant growth in both sales and profits. Mr. Gross will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the Cryopak brand.
