) ("Cryopak") is pleased to announce that it has completed the closing of the second tranche of its previously announced private placement and has raised gross proceeds of C$360,000. Under the private placement, Cryopak has issued Secured Subordinate Convertible Debentures (the "Debentures") with a total principal amount of C$1,644,000. The Debentures and common shares issuable upon their conversion are subject to a four-month hold period which will expire on August 7, 2005. A finder's fee Finder's fee
