Cryogenic deflashing.

The Gas Injection Loop system takes the pre-chilled nitrogen gas from the chamber and injects it into the throw wheel. This process reduces the initial machine pre-chill/cool down time, chills the media down to operating temperature, reducing the deflashing cycle, according to the company. This is said to save on nitrogen costs, reducing moisture in the cabinet, which is said to be the major cause for freeze up and loss of production. The Gas Injection Loop now comes standard on the SCC750, SCC1505, SCC 3000 and LLC 5000 models.
