CryoLife Continues to Add Expertise to Company's Board of Directors.

 and surgical adhesives, today announced that it has added Alexander C. ("Sandy") Schwartz, Jr., age 67, to the Company's Board of Directors, increasing the number of members serving on the Board of Directors to eight.

Mr. Schwartz retired from Prudential Securities in 1996 after 33 years of service. While at Prudential Securities he held various positions including co-head of the Investment Banking Division, Managing Director of the firm's International Division and Managing Director of the Health Care Group. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of Columbia University Columbia University, mainly in New York City; founded 1754 as King's College by grant of King George II; first college in New York City, fifth oldest in the United States; one of the eight Ivy League institutions.  and has served on the Board of Directors of several public and privately held companies privately held company
