YNYSDDU Crusaders are through to the W John Owen Cup final for the third time in six years as a result of a 4-1 win over Trefelin BGC.

Cup finalists in 2004 and 2008, the Crusaders hope to make it third time lucky as goals by Gareth Knott (2) and Matthew Prosser (2) secured a comfortable win over their visitors.

Ynysddu Crusaders will meet the winners of the semi-final tie between Rhoose FC and Turberville Arms.

In a cup rehearsal, the teams clashed in a league fixture in which Turberville dealt a massive blow to Rhoose's First Division Championship hopes as they registered a shock 3-2 win.

Turberville took a 2-0 lead with a brace from Owain Jones, and although Rhoose replied through Lewis Bryl and Daniel Jones, they immediately conceded an own goal to enable the visitors to claim the points.
