Crunch Fitness signs 10-year lease for 16,000 s/f on W19th St.

 Fitness, the health club company, has signed a 10-year lease for 16,500 square feet of office space, the entire 4th floor, at 22 West 19th Street.

The company, best known for fusing In electrophotography, making the toner adhere permanently to the paper. Heat fusing melts the toner, which is pressed into the paper. Cold fusing presses the toner into the paper without applying any heat. "Chelsea was the perfect location for Crunch's new headquarters," said Kaufman. "This space allowed the company to both expand its executive offices and give the company the elite full-floor status it deserves."
