Crum & Forster's Platinum Management Protection policy targets privately held companies privately held company

A firm whose shares are held within a relatively small circle of owners and are not traded publicly.
 with 100 to 5,000 employees.

It offers protection for directors and officers liability, including coverage for company liability and outside directorship liability; employment practices liability, including coverage for third-party discrimination and workplace violence; fiduciary liability; and miscellaneous professional liability.

The Platinum Management Protection policy has been filed in 50 states and is immediately available in several states with broader availability expected shortly.

Crum & Forster will provide defense counsel with specific coverage expertise through its duty-to-defend obligation.
